Please don't copy, reproduce, publish, sell, share or distribute our course materials without our written permission. You're very welcome to download or print materials where we have provided that option for your own personal use.
Your course access is for you.
Please don't share your login details, course materials or downloads with other people. If someone else would like to take a course, we'd love them to join us separately.
Because our online courses and digital resources can be accessed immediately after purchase, we don't offer refunds simply because you change your mind or decide the course isn't for you.
If there is a genuine problem with something you've purchased, please contact us and we'll do our best to sort it out.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
The Life Writing Academy is about writing, storytelling and reflection.
Our courses are educational and are not intended to provide medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal or financial advice.
Life writing can sometimes bring up difficult or emotional memories. You are always free to decide what you want to write about, what you want to leave out, and whether you want to share your writing with anyone else.
Anything you write if you take one of our courses remains yours.
If we ever invite you to share your writing with us for publication, promotion or any other purpose, we will ask for your permission first.
We do our best to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but occasionally things change or mistakes happen.
